Temperatures For Your Frenchie

The Frenchie is a very sensitive did and they get easily affected by cold weathers. A winter is the time when they should be well taken care of. If you’re a new Frenchie dog owner, here are some of the temperatures which have been marked as low, moderate and high. Take a note of these temperatures to get an idea about the severity of the temperature on your French bulldog, and take the necessary precautions. If you fall under the low temperature then there is nothing much to worry about. All you are required to do is to get hold of the blankets.

Low

15°C- 60°F, 12°C- 55°F and 10°C- 50°F are temperatures who h can be marked as low temperature. Under these temperatures, the French bulldog can survive well. There is absolutely no need for any kind of special treatment, if your locality temperature falls under the three range. However, the 7°C- 45°F temperature is a bit of a concern. It is much better for you to take some precautions. You can get some blanket for your Frenchie or maybe a sweater will do.  Taking them out for walks is not an issue. They will do just fine and the Frenchie dog owner doesn’t need to take much tension.

Moderate

The low to high temperature makes it important for the Frenchie dog owners to be very careful and take all the necessary precautions. The temperatures that fall in this category are 4°C-40°F, 1°C-35°F, -1°C-30°F. The French bulldog might be severely affected by the weather depending upon their age and whether or not the weather is wet. This makes it very important for the Frenchie owners to ensure that they are well aware of the changing temperature and are taking precautions accordingly. This makes it important for some precautions to be taken.

High

-6°-20°,v-9°-15°,v-12°-10°,v-15°-5°, -17°-0°, are temperatures which are considered to be dangerous or fatal for the Frenchie. It is in such conditions that the French bulldogs need the most care. It is often advised that the Frenchie dogs should not be taken out for walks to understand temperature as it might have a severe effect on their health. However, it is very important for one to have a check over their died so that the dogs do not get fat. Since they will be in their house all the time under such temperatures, it might make them fat due to overfeeding. This should be checked.
